• It is the user's responsibility to ensure that they meet the eligibility criteria for the forms they wish to apply for.
• Online Form India will not be liable for any errors or omissions in the information provided by the user.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds may be processed under the following conditions:

• If the applied candidate is not eligible as per the form requirements.
• If the form deadline has passed or the form date is over.
• If there is a server error during the form-filling process.

In these cases, the refund will be processed within 2 days of the issue being identified.

Refunds will not be issued for any other reason, including incorrect form submissions due to user error.

5. Fees and Payments

Users agree to pay the service fees as stated on our platform for the form-filling services. Fees are subject to change, and users will be notified of any changes before submitting a form.

6. Limitation of Liability

Online Form India will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from:

• Errors in form submissions due to user-provided information.
• Missed deadlines if the form submission is not completed on time by the user.
• Third-party issues, including server outages or technical problems.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our services after such changes will constitute acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
